Working closely with Insta360, Modus Brands launched the Insta360 Pro 2<\/strong> – to an invite-only event held in London that was hosted by Modus at the Bloomsbury Building, Holborn. Modus Brands – one of the UK’s leading distributors<\/strong>, does not sell directly to end users but understands how working closely with customers can improve a brands reputation and provide vital feedback to improve user experience and generate brand trust.<\/p>\n

With its high concentration of broadcast professionals, London was the ideal location.<\/p>\n

What is the Insta360 Pro 2?<\/h2>\n

The Insta360 Pro 2 is another huge leap in the advancement of capturing 360-degree footage, allowing users to create high-quality content easier and more efficiently than before. Insta360 and Modus Brands<\/h2>\n

Our team was joined by Insta360 – allowing customers, end users and video\/VR professionals to get an insight into the new, much sought-after Insta360 PRo2. Insta360 product experts were on hand to discuss the new product and go through the new features.<\/p>\n

Modus Brands team members helped run through the differences between the previous model and the key product specifications.<\/p>\n

During the afternoon, we met with key retailers to discuss the Insta360 range in more detail.<\/p>\n

Experts get hands-on<\/h2>\n

Bringing together Insta360 and experts within 360, production and VR closed the feedback loop and allowed us to discuss real-life use-cases and potential benefits of the new features within the Insta360 Pro 2. With the Insta 360 Pro series 1 being the market-leader, most experts had experience with Insta360 products and thus were extremely positive about the features of the Insta360 Pro 2.<\/p>\n

It was interesting to hear about the BBC’s use of the 360 from the producer and director of their VR Hub, Phil Harper. In his documentary Damming the Nile<\/a>, Phil made great use of the Insta360 Pro, and at our event – gave feedback directly to Insta360 engineers. He plans to use the Insta360 Pro 2 on his next project in Congo, Africa.<\/p>\n

360 imaging has penetrated all photography and video fields with uses in fashion, travel, music, documentaries and many more.
